What applications can PVC and Rubber used in?

Traditionally rubber and PVC are used across a wide range of industrial applications: From Food and drink industries to Agriculture and Pharmaceuticals. In recent years we have supplied bespoke and innovative goods and doorkit systems to freezer and coldstore applications, data centres, fruit ripening rooms, supermarkets and to private and domestic individuals looking to achieve cost effective, energy saving solutions for shops, bakeries, homes, pets, public houses and more.

I am unsure if PVC will suit my application requirements, can I seek advice?

Yes – our experienced sales team are ready to discuss your requirements and will design bespoke solutions, where possible, to meet your needs.

Do the prices displayed include tax?

No – all prices quoted do not include VAT, it is added on and displayed at the checkout.

What are your carrier’s delivery hours?

Our carriers deliver between 8am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays only and not bank holidays.

What delivery / collection services do you offer?

We try at all times to ensure our customers have a comprehensive variety of delivery options, if we cannot facilitate your requirements our customers are welcome to collect all goods from our Warrington site.

Delivery options are listed below and can be chosen online at point of order:

UK Mainland Standard - 3 day delivery, Mon-Fri (from dispatch) between 8am – 5pm, within the UK (except Ireland, Highlands and Islands). Signatory must be available to check and accept the goods.

UK Mainland Next Day - Guaranteed next day delivery Mon-Fri (from dispatch) between 8am - 5pm within the UK (except Ireland, Highlands and Islands). Signatory must be available to check and accept the goods.

UK Mainland Pre Noon - Guaranteed next day delivery Mon-Fri (from dispatch) before 12pm (on orders received pre noon) within the UK (except Ireland, Highlands and Islands). Signatory must be available to check and accept the goods.

Orders can still be placed online for Ireland, Highlands, Islands, Europe and Worldwide; however, we will contact you with carrier details and price upon order receipt.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We endeavor to fulfill every order in the shortest possible time. Stock orders can be collected same day and deliveries can typically be dispatched within 24 hours (on orders placed pre noon). Non stock items and manufactured goods should typically arrive within 3-5 working days (on next day delivery services).

Do you require a signature on delivery?

Yes, our carriers will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you check the goods thoroughly before accepting the goods. Upon your acceptance our insurance is no longer valid and responsibility lies with the customer. This may affect your rights to return / replace the goods free of charge and we reserve the right to levy handling charges.

What happens if I am unavailable upon delivery and cannot sign for the goods?

Our carriers will leave a note stating that attempted delivery was unsuccessful and detailing where the goods will be held. In this situation you should contact your local depot and arrange collection. Redeliveries to private addresses are subject to a 2nd delivery charge.

Are your online credit card payment systems secured?

We use a UK based online payment partner, Protx who handle all of our online card transactions in a secure environment using the latest security technology.
